Frequently asked questions

The family run allows you to register 5 people on one account. However, each person must go through the individual registration process. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at zapisy@sportevolution.pl.

Yes, it's possible to register a larger number of people as a company team. If registering three or more participants, please contact us at faktury@slotmarket.pl. First, a proforma invoice is issued with a 7-day payment deadline. Proforma invoices are issued until January 21. After the invoice is paid, we send codes that allow registration on the Slot Market platform. However, please note that the invoice does not include shipping fees (free within Poland) or charitable contributions (above 75 PLN per person).

We do not publish a list of participants. You can check your race registration status in your profile on the SlotMarket platform. You will also receive an automatic registration confirmation; however, sometimes it might be blocked by spam filters. In such a case, check the status of your registration by logging into your account on SlotMarket.pl. In the ACCOUNT -> APPLICATION HISTORY tab, the "Registered" status means successful registration.

Yes, you can participate in the run with a dog, but under certain conditions. Your dog should be accustomed to this kind of activity, especially in the case of city or mass runs where there may be a lot of crowd and street traffic. Ensure you provide appropriate care and safety to your dog during the run.

You can choose the shirt size during the race registration process. Try to do it as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the desired size.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer from the virtual run to the run in Warsaw. You must participate in the run according to your chosen option.

Unfortunately, transferring participation to another person in the case of the virtual run is not possible. Participation is assigned to a specific individual and cannot be transferred to someone else.
